How to prepare an organic fertilizer to nourish your garden.

You will need comfrey, stinging nettle, and horsetail, which provide magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur, iron, and silica. You can also use chamomile, oregano, calendula, basil, sage, and dill to control insects and diseases. Cut or macerate the plants, including stems, leaves, and flowers. Put them tightly packed in a container and add the same volume of rain or spring water as the plants. Don´t use chlorinated water. Cover the container with fine mesh or permeable cloth and leave it in the sun for 1 to 5 days, stirring daily. The longer the time, the better the level of nutrients, and the greater the probability of unpleasant but harmless odors.

Finally, strain the mixture, the resulting liquid will be our fertilizer, which we will use undiluted if left for 1 to 3 days or diluted in 3 parts water to 7 parts fertilizer if left for more than 4 days. Apply early in the morning, every one to two weeks.
